Conference registration fees
are depending on the registration period and EMVA member organisations
benefit from reduced fees. Invoicing is done via the registration platform offering
comfortable online payment using credit cards.
* Your company is a start-up, founded after January 1st, 2023? Then contact us and benefit from 25% discount on the conference registration fee.

Optional Add-ons
- Accompanying Person ... € 150
> including Thursday Welcome Reception and the Friday Conference Dinner
(only for spouses - no access to conference, meetings etc.) - Accompanying Person Tour ... € 75
> Friday morning guided city tour including transport, entry fees, snacks etc.)
- Saturday Networking Tour ... € 100
> including lunch, guides, transport, entry fees etc.
All prices per person and ex VAT if applicable
Cancellation policy
A cancellation of registration may be done via the online registration portal at any time.
Paid registrants may cancel until Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, without charge by contacting payments@emva.org. After that date, a €100 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, May 7th, 2025.
